About the Company
Our company is engaged in the development and implementation of a digital product labeling and traceability system. We create a unified tool that enables control over the movement of goods from the manufacturer or importer to the end consumer.
Business Activities
Development and operation of a digital platform for product labeling and tracking.
Generation and issuance of unique identification codes (DataMatrix or similar) for each unit of production.
Integration of the system with market participants: manufacturers, importers, distributors, retail chains, and government authorities.n.
Monitoring and analytics of product movement throughout the entire supply chain.
Combating illegal products and protecting consumer rights.
Creating services for citizens to verify the legality and quality of products through mobile applications and online tools.
What is product labeling
If a product is subject to labeling, each unit must have a label with a unique code attached by the manufacturer or importer, or the code must be printed on the product’s packaging. The code makes it possible to track who produced or imported the item, when it was done, and at what stage of distribution the product currently is. Different types of products require different labeling methods. For example, fur products use RFID tags — microchips that store information through radio-frequency identification. Cigarettes, shoes, and clothing are labeled with two-dimensional DataMatrix barcodes. The responsibility for placing the label lies with the manufacturer or importer when the product enters the country. Any product without labeling is considered counterfeit. Afterward, every participant in the supply chain must scan the label with a special device, which sends the data into the system.
What does the process look like
The manufacturer or importer attaches a label to each box and sends the batch to the wholesaler. The wholesaler scans the code and confirms receipt of the goods. Next, the wholesaler sells the goods to small retail stores — the stores also scan the code of each product and update the data in the system. In the retail store, the product is sold to the final customer — the cashier scans the code through the online cash register, which then transmits the data to the system. At this point, the product is marked as sold, and the system removes it from circulation. The labeling system makes it possible to track and verify every single product in the country’s trade turnover — to know exactly where a particular item came from and at what stage of the sales process it currently is.
